I-COM Employee Ownership Day 2025

For EO Day 2025, I-COM has been inspired by the ‘EO Smile’ theme and wants to invite all businesses connected to employee ownership to ‘Share Your Smile!’

The I-COM team and some of our connections have already been getting in front of the camera and showing what employee ownership means to us. You can see our #Shareyoursmile gallery below.

Every single photo we receive will become part of a huge collage making up one big smile. The final smile image will be unveiled digitally on EO Day across Manchester city centre.

Share Your Smile

Here you can submit a photo of you with your smile. The photo can be you on your own, you with a colleague, a group of colleagues or even the whole business! All you need to do is smile and get snapping! The more creative the better, we want to see your smiles! You can even use the EO Smile prop to add some flair to the photo, which you can download here.

We will also be choosing our favourite smile and that lucky winner will receive a hamper to make them smile even more!
